And I guess if getting your ass slammed in elections is making a difference, count me out. DUDE!
He’s all I told you and more isn’t he?

Maybe this is what's wrong with AA and negotiations. Very dysfunctional from a passenger and employee perspective. Things are not going to improve unless there is a shakeup starting from the top down.

I recall Doug saying in a town hall about a year ago (in answering a question about profit sharing) that he didn’t believe sharing profits with groups that have no impact on profit is feasible.
Now he is arguing in court that a group of 10,000 mechanic and related out of 120,000 employees has ruined the summer profits. Laughable! He needs to go and I for one wouldn’t mind Kirby in charge.

I agree and if there were any brains in that crew it was Kirby and to hi lite their stupidity they let him go to a competitor.

Exactly. Supposedly we were close to being done Beck then. They've met for 2 weeks and they say they progressed on things other the big stuff.

Doesn't add up.
NO FUKIN SHITE SHERLOCK!! Good God where you been??? You are just now getting it???

Wonder why the nmb is still scheduling meetings if they are just covering BS articles and are not talking about scope wages etc

Maybe they will get bulletin boards done next time that way they can keep us up to date
Just another way to delay, delay, delay. This BS asso has to go guys...

The Fleet group is separate from the Maintenance as certified by the NMB. The fact they're still negotiating together is a choice by the Association.
Really? No shite sherlock!! You never answer my post with the correct response.

There is one issue that trumps those mentioned and your know first hand how important they are.

The biggest issue in the room would be the legal fiasco still facing the Association and something that needs to be addressed asking with the language on the open items.

Everyone seems to forget that is still a factor and probably the biggest one.
Are you serious???
You really are clueless NYer.

the judge needs to rule. I think he will soon. The union did not agree to mediate the case and, as i reported, our stuff is hostage.
The co. does not want the ruling as of yet, and that is why the ruling is not done to this date. Get a clue people...

Im not familiar with the amfa constitution but its net assets are fairly small.
I dont get a good feeling that amfa can win this case, so the contention may be, who pays the bill and would amfa have to dissolve?
Im not saying I know, but the amfa said in its own article that the members will have to saddle up the $20 million.
Not good.
At American, the damage from the botched slowdown was said to be between $100-$200 million.
Im glad im not a member cuz no way im saddling up to pay thousands.

And if the case goes to the scotus....game over for the union.
Completely faulse info here. Tim is a complete moron.
