It is all settled and complete

The current delay is because LUS is getting to stay on their cheaper medical until current sunset date in their contract
The Association wants to delay past Health Care Enrollment so that LAA employees don't rise against the Association.
This is all about Dues preservation and fear of a card drive and Union election throwing Association off the property
This way they can justify the inequity by claiming Enrollment has completed and logistically LUS will not be forced to LAA medical after enrollment has completed.
And don't be surprised if increased Vacation Days do not come until 2021 since will have also completed VC selection process

Remember all things are to preserve power and dues payers
That is and always will be top priority
 
Tim is reporting on FB that the union is holding up negotiations until company settles court case.With what is going on it doesnt sound to far fetched
the judge needs to rule. I think he will soon. The union did not agree to mediate the case and, as i reported, our stuff is hostage.

Think they said that a couple of years ago though.

I'm hearing they finally got the shift diff question settled, .51 cents for afternoons and .58 cents for nights.........and overtime at 1.5x pay. Ground breaking contract. Good job association. Maybe Sameulson should give the tough guy talk again and in 4 months we can settle on 1.5x pay for half hour for working through lunch.
 
i would think the NMB has a little more clout than to allow that to happen. We know Tim's agenda...he said possible announcement last night and today it's union holdup, court case...not buying it.
My update was september 19th. If you read it, you would have been educated. Ok greaser dude?

The TWU really owes its members a much better explanation for things as they sit now. You read the update and it looks as if it was written 2 years ago. WTF are they doing in there? Probably trying to negotiate there way out of the court problem which could cost us. This is getting to be like taxation without representation. This is a giant **** sandwich we're being fed by people concerned for themselves.

Shift diff and such has been TA for months just go back and look at the side by side proposal in Jetnet
 
Try this, when a pilot asks you, how's your contract negotiations going? Tell them you are in your 16th year of a concession contract. Watch how fast they changes the subject.

Every employee is enjoying in the success of the airline except of course for the LAA mechs and ramp.

So much likely truth right here. The only problem is that there are some of the TWU guys who won’t like the fact the IAM will get to maintain their insurance for another year and could vote no.
But who knows when that actual vote ever comes prob won’t even get one they will just impose it like they did the BS Ass.
