i always assumed that it was the america west way of doing things flood the place with supervisors, just because. so is this something new for you guys to?
No here at lga we worked with.only a handful of managers now there are lime like literally 60 .....ridiculous whats even more ludicrous is our piss poor metrics given the amount of people

its all about quantity has nothing to do with quality!
 
you could but you still accrue benefits in that quality iam pension plan!
Big diffeence in what is contrbuted to either fund.Ill bet what they contribute to the IAM fund is close to your 401base or match im not sure how yours works

Its a question id like to know why so many managers, but not really a question you would bring up at a town hall with 50 managers sitting there...it is their livelihood besides no town halls here for a while after the Samuelsen show

They’ve hired much more managers since the merger, if we question anything the stock answer is that’s how AA does it . Just saying
 
You keep saying there is a job action, there is none that i am aware of. As far as i know noone has told me to slow down or stop working. But its your story tell it anyway you want.
The true story is we are tired of the lies from both sides and totally uninspired and or motivated. Most are just going thru the motions. Just because.

There is a Permanent Injunction, there is a Contempt case coming. Doesn't matter what we think, the Court has rules there was a job action.

Denying it doesn't make that go away. As a matter of fact, the Association is telling people to stop and go back to normal behavior. Why? Because the Court says there is a job action. That's why.

Same thing over at SWA, with AMFA still fighting the airline because they thought a CBA would make the legal stuff go away. It didn't.
