Doesn't matter what our contract says, if an airport authority mandates deicing is done by them, then that's who will do it.

We can't create language that holds an outside entity to our agreements. That's the reason the proposal is written as it is.

At this point, the cities mentioned in the proposal would keep deicing with an outside shot of DFW keeping it as well.

if municipalities are looking to earn money off private companies by using contract workers to deice....

i believe the pads can't be avoided. it's up to the airline to decide who will deice their own airplanes at the pads.

Don't think they're looking to make money as much as controlling and speeding up the takeoffs during bad weather.
 
Safer bet would be Delta +3, on the Fleet side.

right. delta +3%, after dl's +4% raise. that's exactly what i said.

i agree with others, no retro = no vote, especially if the chintzy $3k bonus isn't increased.

the company is insane if it believes laa voters to be happy with $3k, while proposing lus get $6k AND get to keep their insurance an additional year.

no retro would also incentivize the company to stall during it's future negotiations. why negotiate in a timely manner??

if no deal gets done/a no vote on T/A...if this is the case, hopefully the BOD gets involved and makes changes at the top. let parker/isom go manage air wisconsin.

Ridiculous: LUS getting more money for having to accept AA medical while since the merger TWU has had to pay more money for medical. Think TWU members should be getting the extra money. Please explain.

Try to explain how the iam is running the show. And we cant get guys to sign cards to dump the association. Unbeleivable. The twu is very happy with the situation
