Plenty of proof that all your comments consistently mention Weez, Weez, Weez, Weez. Weez and Alex. Weez and Sito. Weez and LeHive. Weez and NYer.

Your continued harassment of me will be reported. Now get yer ass back on topic.
Blast from the past. A comment from weez. Gone but not forgotten. RIP dear friend and brother.

The TWU wants the company to take $2 million off of our table (Our money, i.e., the money that the company allotted our group) and pay all TWU Local Presidents, instead of using the dues money like it should be. The company allotted $120 million a year for us, and the TWU pinched $2 million to pay for all TWU Local Presidents salary. That money is being stolen, it should go towards our wages, or a medical cap.

the company is tightening its grip. The permanent injunction will happen but I think a fine would come later, right?
I didnt read where the company asked the judge to fine them yet, right?
It seems to me that the union is bitter, so any fine would be appealed. The members of this union are stupid so the union loses nothing by further delay.
I sure hope you meant to say the "leaders of this union" and not the "members of this union"???

Not really. You need to specify which union you're talking about.

Remember, there's two of them in this abortion called "The Association"
Not only two unions, but many different groups within this abortion called asso. I too had no clue who he was referring to as far as which group or which union. That's one of the problems with this asso set up. Mechanics need their own union to represent the mechanics. Bus drivers, truck drivers, bakers etc just does not work well "trying" to represent the mechanics.

I liked Kirbys philosophy of not tossing empty seats out into the market cheaply at the last minute.
Seems as if Isom is the opposite, with first class. He has made it so easy to pay a slight upgrade fee at the gate that alot of premium passengers are just waiting for the upgrade at the gate instead of sinking $$$ for first class ahead of time.

you know more about that stuff than i do.

No wonder you NEVER win any elections. You keep calling the membership stupid.
BTW; Have any of the OTS numbers changed since the TRO was ordered? Increased or decreased?? Just curious. When we were blamed at SWA for a job action by mechanics our numbers kept increasing and increasing. Couldn't be helped, just doing what the paperwork told us to do and all legit write-ups derived from new paperwork packages in the RON, HRON, and line maint. Once this was all figured out by the judge SWA quickly came to terms and very quickly asked that all suits be dropped if this T/A was voted in, hence the big jump over GK's final numbers and the 14.5 million overpay to be sure to get a new agreement in order to dismiss the suits. SWA wanted a huge YES vote this time around and they got it with 96% yes vote. A huge turn around from the 75% NO vote last T/A. It just goes to show ya that WHEN the co. is ready to come to a deal, that is when we will get our deal done. Company has all the control with how nego's will go. A deal will get done once AA management is ready to get a deal done, NOT the union/asso. and not the union NC, only when the co. is ready to have a deal done.
As others have said here, AA is using the court system to possibly get a vote sooner rather than later. We will all see how they intend to use it once Aug 1st is upon us...

Isn't it true the agreement voted down allowed the foreign maintenance language to sunset, while the agreement after the court case reintroduced and includes that language in the ratified CBA?

Your an
one more day closer to a permanent injunction!
With the union bragging about the TRO it is likely to piss off the judge 17665"]No wonder you NEVER win any elections. You keep calling the membership stupid.

Wish they would put him in charge, in 10 minutes he would have the contract done. Isom calls him all the time begging for his help....
