All the WeAAsles quotes used by the Company to try and make their case. The irony in all this is a quote by WeAAsles that wasn't used: "There are some who naively think the Companies don’t monitor these sites or that they can hide behind a handle and the Company can’t get at them." o_O

Are you doing anything to try and help? Are you working yourself by the book?

If your Local suggests any type of work by rule or by the book, or suggests not volunteering for any other items like using your own personal cell phone for Management contacts and PEOPLE tell them to buzz off by THEIR own actions your going to blame the Union?

Are you serious!!!!!!

The Union can’t force you to do anything you want or don’t want to do.

And if you want to slut yourself out for money that’s on you.

Don’t televise certain ideas in writing hog or they can hold it against you in the future. There are some who naively think the Companies don’t monitor these sites or that they can hide behind a handle and the Company can’t get at them.

Otherwise there are plenty of suck ups in my group too. And then the stupid idiots wonder why they don’t have a new contract yet.

People flock in droves for free Hamburgers on “Employee Appreciation” Day. Or as the Company calls it “Employee Sucker” Day.

And whether you care for it or wish to participate or not doesn’t stop the fact of things occurring. Be they protesting, picketing, safety observances or even that other “unmentionable” phrase.

You say that it won’t be expedited by actions but SWA Management sure did back off some of their wants pretty quick when action was happening.

Look Al I do understand that you feel dinging the Company or the hand that feeds you is not how you were brought up. Honestly I’m sorry that it’s not all about you though and I’m even more sorry that this appears to be the way this has to be.

It didn’t have to be though.

I beg your pardon, I make no insinuations. But I do wonder if it will be a long hot summer?

Pretty abysmal performance huh. 28.6% On time departures in DFW. Wow.

The Company laughs at the Membership cause they don’t all have the guts to do what it takes.

To their credit agree or disagree with what they ultimately accepted, AMFA at SWA got the job done.

Unfortunately and very disappointingly it doesn’t look as if the turnout for protesting yesterday in TUL was too many people.

They honestly don’t appear to want to fight to keep their work.

IAW. It worked for AMFA at SWA didn’t it.

Boy oh boy, what a treasure trove.
And where is the Weaasle to defend himself? I would guess based on my opinion Alex shut him down because a hefty fine is heading the associations way. People keep forgetting that our paychecks have American Airlines on the header and not the TWU or IAM or the Association. Talk bad about the company that pays you your salary to feed your kids and keep the power and water running is occupational suicide. There is a time, place and proper way to achieve your goals. They may not be effective or to your liking but deal with it or look for new employment. Yes I agree follow company policy and procedures as well as other guidelines to perform your duties safely and trouble free. Remember a time and a place is the only way or else we will end up in court again and again. This is a wakeup call for the association and the two unions. The association has lost control of its members. If anyone loses their job over postings because of liable then think twice before posting. I prefer to call it a discussion board but unfortunately many of us get too hostile and the discussions go out the door.

If that happens hopefully the dense members would finally sign a card to oust the association

His handlers seem to have used him to be the outfront mule.

His health trumps everything. The toxic/perpetually angry people he's surrounded himself with of late aren't helping that. Just my .02.
he used to be a nice guy but his handlers saw that he wanted attention so they exploited that. I eventually had to block him for his constant religious discrimmination.
 
weez and baskett really gave the company alot of slam dunk comments. I think its very important for both to come clean and post on here some form of apolovy and recant some oftheir alleged illegal mobilization posts.

They didn't take any Equity, they held some in reserve but everything was paid out.

If we get fined, it will probably lead to a settlement or some kind of concession in exchange for it to be forgiven.

Is this the soft sell, where the membership gets blamed for the association's failings? Its not like we got to vote on represetation.
