Weez has me on ignore, but I wish him no ill will. I do think he’s about to learn a hard lesson on what “solidarity” looks like, though. It’s a lonely spot to be in. Would be delighted to be proven wrong.
although weez is responsible for his actions, i sympathize for him because I think he just liked all the attention that the union bosses gave him. Now he must realize they just were using him and exploiting him as their mule.
I may be wrong, but i think he was thinking it was just all good innocent fun. His handlers knew they were exploiting him. I blame Peterson and Samuelson. Baskett was clueless as well, but as an officer he dont have the luxury of claiming ignorance.
Lets see what happens.

Those quotes do not appear in the complaint that I can find, please illuminate for me.

The original complaint doesn't usually contain these types of details. On the 24th there was a detailed document filed by the Company referred to as the Conclusion of Law and the Finding of Fact, essentially their arguments.

The Association is going to argue this case should heard in an arbitration setting since they believe it is a "minor" dispute. They also argue there wasn't a job action, but if there was then it's done by individuals and not them. They also argue that a law called the Norris-LaGuardia Act forbids injunctions in labor disputes.

All weak arguments.

The twu/iam thru its members in front of a bus. It said management should discipline and whack the posters and leave the union alone.

Thats sad.

Well put. I hope he sees it all for what it is. I guess we'll have to see how everything plays out.

You gotta love this. One minute Samuelsons a tuff guy wanting a blood bath and the next he’s saying don’t look at me it’s them!
Karma would be the ASS getting it’s ass sued off and the membership voting in new representation. The twu/Iam ass needs to be left wallowing in the waste land of its own creation.
