they stormed out of the settlement hearing and refused to move on any items. Further, other than the judge order, they have refused to communicate to the membership to stop any illegality. Say hello to a contempt order very soon. Dont be surprised if individuals get sued as well as terminated.

Now is a great time for weez to do a post telling his own loyalist that they need to stop any alleged slowdown.
I like weez and hopefully he learns from his errors but i think he was played for a mule.

Weez may be gone from this site though after getting hammered by everyone. Hopefully, he puts his health first and reconsiders his gig that lehive apparently promised him in fll handing out cards to jetblue. He needed to get off the ramp as the contract and his hope to get to rsw was also seemingly working on him imo.

It is better. Now my intentions have been completed. Weez took a lot longer than others in the past, but was only intended to get him out of the mechanics thread, not the entire forum, if that is the case.

No, Crema. What they will establish with the quotes is how the words used by the Association or their Representatives were interpreted by those that post on these sites, of which most have a long history. It will help to show that the words used were actually taken as a sign or interpreted to mean a job action or slowdown.

It is another layer of the evidence they will present on Monday, which includes those quotes, and will help them establish their position. This process has a much lower standard than a criminal court or even a civil court. As it stands, the Judge has already indicated the probability of the the Company winning the injunction.

the AMTs i know, are eager to vote after aa offered them a much bigger piece of financial candy. as laa fleet, i don't see any candy for us and a premature vote may occur to avoid a fine.

Those quotes are about one thing. How the communications from the Association or their Representatives have been interpreted to cause a job action and how those actions are directly related to negotiations.

The identity of the individuals is irrelevant, although I'm sure they know who is who, because this is just about the cause and effect of the Association communication. It shows how their words were interpreted. It also shows the purpose of the actions which is to cause operational difficulties.

Yesterday, the Company filed a petition for a Permanent Injunction Order because the TRO didn't work and things have gotten worse, according to their filing.
