they stormed out of the settlement hearing and refused to move on any items. Further, other than the judge order, they have refused to communicate to the membership to stop any illegality. Say hello to a contempt order very soon. Dont be surprised if individuals get sued as well as terminated.I see all the union big mouths are quiet and not a peep from Samuelson, Peterson and of course the non existant Sito.
Not going to happen. The optics of the situation would prevent American Airlines from taking that course.Dont be surprised if individuals get sued as well as terminated.
Seriously?I like weez
Who cares. All he does is attempt to manipulate people and post propaganda anyway. I say flush the turd. The Forum would be better off without him here polluting the place.Weez may be gone from this site though after getting hammered by everyone.
no doubt things are better with him finally eliminated from the site. His conversations were name calling. Plus when he did post info that he claimed was a " lock" it always turned up fake. Ultimately he had little use here after his dance partner 700 was found out.Not going to happen. The optics of the situation would prevent American Airlines from taking that course.
Seriously?
Why?

I would regret seeing anyone lose their job, and I don't think it would happen but, if WeAAsles did I could chalk it up to karma, the great equalizer. My sympathies would be brief of time and insignificant in intensity.
Please stop calling this a BLOG.
It is not a BLOG, it is a FORUM.
Now is a great time for weez to do a post telling his own loyalist that they need to stop any alleged slowdown.
I like weez and hopefully he learns from his errors but i think he was played for a mule.
Weez may be gone from this site though after getting hammered by everyone. Hopefully, he puts his health first and reconsiders his gig that lehive apparently promised him in fll handing out cards to jetblue. He needed to get off the ramp as the contract and his hope to get to rsw was also seemingly working on him imo.
union tossing its mules to be sacrificed. SadView attachment 14513

It is better. Now my intentions have been completed. Weez took a lot longer than others in the past, but was only intended to get him out of the mechanics thread, not the entire forum, if that is the case.no doubt things are better with him finally eliminated from the site. His conversations were name calling. Plus when he did post info that he claimed was a " lock" it always turned up fake. Ultimately he had little use here after his dance partner 700 was found out.
At the end, its best for his health. At least he finally found out the lehive gig was fake and he was just a mule.
No, Crema. What they will establish with the quotes is how the words used by the Association or their Representatives were interpreted by those that post on these sites, of which most have a long history. It will help to show that the words used were actually taken as a sign or interpreted to mean a job action or slowdown.
It is another layer of the evidence they will present on Monday, which includes those quotes, and will help them establish their position. This process has a much lower standard than a criminal court or even a civil court. As it stands, the Judge has already indicated the probability of the the Company winning the injunction.
reading the documents, it's no surprise they saved their weakest argument(s) for last; angry posts from this site.
i can see the connect the dot road map...the pilot sick-out of 1999 and subsequent fine. the company told the apa, don't worry about the fine, just sign here for these new work rules.
the AMTs i know, are eager to vote after aa offered them a much bigger piece of financial candy. as laa fleet, i don't see any candy for us and a premature vote may occur to avoid a fine.
Alex Garcia is one that might end up down that road. We'll see.Not surprising...the TWU has frequently taken members from the ranks and used them for special assignments only to discard them like yesterday’s trash...not a beacon of loyalty...it’s a self serving organization...
It's probably the key part of the case because it helps to establish how the Association and Representatives have used "code words" to signify the job action. The comments on the Forums shows how those words have been interpreted as a call to arms for the job actions specifically to cause delays and such. It's a piece of the puzzle to show cause and affect.
not to sound argumentative...
this forum is what it is. the company is quoting posts from a southwest employee who's more about aa's AMTs changing unions and could care less about aa's operational numbers??
i'd say that samuelsen made the assoc. vulnerable, if the assoc. does get fined.
there will always be malcontent employees. they can post whatever they want and if the company clings to their angry posts as evidence of a massive conspiracy, sounds flimsy to me. samuelsen is the top dog and now that makes the assoc. vulnerable.
i get the frustration/anger, but he shouldn't have said what he said in the isom incident.
