When they wouldn't countersuit American they just admitted their guilt, and gave management all the power to say here is your deal, you can take it now, or roll the dice, and hope the economy doesn't change.

A counter suit costs money. Maybe the association wants to get fined and force the company to have a vote and blame AA for the whole thing. At the end of this all the association will still be here and the dues will continue to flow. If anyone complains about it the default answer will surface again. "You guys voted for it".

How do you call it a sellout when it’s beyond obvious that you want to vote on and accept the deal the Company is offering? You keep saying that you’re losing money. Those are your words.

Many of you posters here are chomping at the bit to get to that money. So you should be enthusiastically ecstatic if the Company found a way to force that money down your throats, shouldn’t you.

Otherwise make up your mind what you want.

After peterson and samuelsons show what more proof do you need. My opinion itsa slam dunk for the company and we'll be ask to vote on a contract similar to whats being offered now

If i was the company I would sue for 300 billion dollars in damages....just a thought

Well to restate my position, I don't just accept claims without proof (even if I want to believe them) and I have seen none as of yet.

Note I am not calling either one of you liars. I am stating I would like you to validate your claims.

I don't think that is unreasonable given the severity of the accusation do you?

Can you post this court document on this forum?

Even if I knew it to be true, I personally would not make that accusation publicly if I was unable to provide documentation or had first hand experience.

Not making accusation again no big deal heard they used forum discussion in court documents .No i didnt see it myself but I too was said to be included.Why they would use social media is beyond me and i dont think what the weez or what anyone says on social media mounts to a hill of beans.As i have told the weez i view this forum as entertainment

I think Doug and Robert Isom can wait for a long time to get us a contract. I have 6 years left to retire. I know I will never see another contract. I understand we want to protect jobs, but I really think if the company wants to lay-off workers why don’t they do it now. I say offer early outs by seniority not by offering to certain stations. They have been hiring a lot of mechanics recently. Makes no sense to lay-off if you’re hiring!

I fivure 6 more years as well, so although i want a new contract now, after another 2 years i will want it to drag and delay to get inside my retirement window.

I have been asked on a few occasions if the pilots can sue for lost ( MAX ) time then why not the mechanics?

Pilots are paid when aircraft is in the sky. Mechanics while on the ground. So I would doubt it.
