Kind of hard to Legally constitute a threat or job action when he was quite clear that it would only be if we were released from the Legal process that restricts us don’t you think?

You're missing the point. I have seen in my area, mechanics dropping F Bombs in mixed company of females only to get pulled aside by management for a little "talk."
Personally I don't care about the F-word. But when the leadership of the company do not practice what they preach, who should any of us watch what we say.

Totally get all of that, and am with you.

At the same time, adults use adult words. Anyone that’s spent any time on the line knows that. I just find it funny that some self-deigned tough guys are having an absolute pants pee about it.

And before our resident frittata weighs in, I’d say the same thing if it the roles in that video were reversed.

Maybe I just “grew up” on the ramp around men that weren’t afraid of some real talk?

Dramatic effect or legitimate passion. You do know that being released to “Self Help” doesn’t always mean we’re walking the picket line and even if times might be a little different now what happened when the Flight Attendants struck?

Back then they were pretty much all Women. Are you telling me that those Women had more stones then a bunch of Burly AMT’s?
