That what he just confirmed. Although he also claimed he did not get a 30K raise, but the bylaw request was from 99K to 120K so in fact a 31K increase.

The IAM nor the TWU have never accepted the proffer of Arbitration in the airlines. The non-member who can’t cant vote is fear mongering once again.

And who made that decision? Was it the membership?- NO.

This Forums Page has now been overrun with just those individuals that you talked about.

You probably haven’t been reading every day but these people are mainly LAA AMT’s who have over 30 years now and are ready to start the process of checking out and some are waiting for the package so have zero concern if anyone is waiting to come in the door behind them.

The hypocrisy though is in the fact that they still slam the people who sold them out 30 years ago but here they are ready with no qualms to do it to the next generation.

Not gonna happen in Aircraft Maintenance. If there is gonna be a new union for maintenance and related, it's gonna be AMP or AMFA. AMP already has thousands of signed cards. The sooner people realize these industrial unions do not represent them the faster we can rid ourselves of these posers.

BTW it’s beyond obvious that you and others have a hard on out against the IAM for not joining us in picketing and for having some things that they fought for in their own Negotiations that started before we even became a thought to be in the same house.

Don’t you think feeding the division by hitting them in the knees with a Baseball Bat every day is only making what we ALL want take longer and longer and longer to get?

The infighting you people “choose” to “want” is way more frustrating than anything the Company has thrown out there in my mind so far.

So if it goes to a PEB and the language in the deal for Fleet still has a wholesale future destruction of a majority of our work through the “Core Work” and “When and where so directed” writings are you saying that it will be left up to the Membership to decide if we want to kill ourselves or not?

I think they actually will send that out for a vote. You know what comes in the next steps.

If the Association does release the recommendations of the PEB then no one can ever again say that the TWU and the IAM through the Association did not allow them to let their voices be heard.

Pass or Fail what happens from then on out is in our own hands.

But you went through your bankruptcy before the merger also. So what’s the difference? And Like I said on a earlier post. Why is the blame not at the company. The IAM and association is trying to get you the things your talking about. But as of right now. We have to give up thousands of jobs to get that. Is that the Association’s fault?

Had there not been a Merger it would have taken you much longer to reach the deals you did in 2014 and there would have been no 2016 reset.

All the Employees of AA (AMR) would have been stuck in 5 year deals that would have came up for ratification late last year and we would not have seen any mid contract improvements whatsoever as we would have been stuck under the BK requirements.

Many people have forgotten or aren’t paying any attention to the noticeable benefits the Merger has brought to ALL of our Bank accounts.
