FYI robbed. For those who are nervous that we’re losing out on so much money (Particularly in Fleet)

Currently UAL Ramp is at $31.23 and we’re at $30.81. 3% above UAL would be $32.17. So in wages we’re currently down $1.36 by what the Company has offered.

So if we signed a deal tomorrow that gave us that and a retro check going back to when our Contracts became amendable, that check would come out to roughly $1523.00 before Taxes.

Of course add in a few hundred more for shift differential, holidays and 401k contributions that we might not get in a retro check?

But the main # comes out to $1523.00 before Taxes for 7 Months.

Given the current pace of negotiations, that number should easily triple at least.

Al, I have it on good word that there will not be any TA in the far future. The iam has doubled down on the iam pension deal breaker. And the company is prepared to offer "significantly" less in the future.
Weez and his handlers are costing us millions.
According to fly, the company believes it is negotiating with hillbillies and would welcome me to come into negotiations to clean things up, and would give me deicing, and keep catering for a couple more years, and bridge lus medical to jan 2022. In return, movement on the pension by taking the pension off the table with a 10% 401k.

Time for weez and his handlers to open up the piggybank. Now isnt the time to negotiate the iam pension.

Unions are one of the biggest Lobbyist in America!
And rules that give workers and employers more freedom is a bedrock of American principle. If unions can only survive by strong arm tactics (Laws, Bullies, Threats, Mis-Informationn, Fear) than they do not provide a service most workers wanted. When people have the option of staying in the union or leaving they leave in droves. And ask yourself why does the AFL-CIO forbid cameras and photographs in their HQ?
Here is a fact for you , Polls show non union people are happier than union people for one simple reason. They control their own destiny!

You make generalized comments as if you think you have the pulse on every single person in America. I HATE people who do this since it shows nothing but their own extreme ignorance.

It’s an inherent problem in people that they are so insecure of themselves that they have to portray themselves as being the voice of the people when all they really are is one itty bitty tiny voice that very few listen to.

62%. Obviously I wish it were higher but the approval ratings of Unions stands at 62%. And that means 38% disapprove so more work still needs to be done.

This week is the last scheduled week for Negotiations so far.

The Negotiators will be here in FLL.

Given the current pace of negotiations, that number should easily triple at least.

Well if there is no movement this week I’m hoping either side chooses to ask the NMB to be released from Mediation.

All we’re doing now here on Forums is playing a speculation game since we don’t have much else to do.

We don’t know with 100% certainty if since last July the Association has moved towards the Company on any positions but from the last Jetnet update we know the Company hasn’t even moved an inch.

That’s “supposed” to be a violation of good faith Negotiations as to how the NMB defines it.

I`m pretty confident there will be nothing accomplished this week. The company is playing this out indefinitely. As far as a release goes, thats not going to happen imho. I see us going on ice until sometime this fall.

If the Association has moved towards the Company position in any way since the NMB got involved it may be difficult to put us on ice if the Company is the one not moving.

The Company may move the Chess pieces around just to satisfy the good faith bargaining line and our next meeting won’t be scheduled till July?

If the Company “REALLY” was honest about wanting to get this done they would plop what they have down on the table and say this is their Last Offer?

That would then put the pressure back on the Association as to what to do from there.
