Half right. All the company has to do is conquer, we divide ourselves on our own!
Yes you do. (I left out the question you asked cause it shouldn’t matter)

Thats sad but true. Got tired of his interjections myself n quit reading the forums a few years back. Dropped in from time to time but anything of interest got hijacked by this guy so stopped altogether until recently.
He was on everyone’s topics with his two cents.
Hit the post button an accident.
Don’t look for company intervention anymore. The twu screwed themselves of the favored union status with this combo union abomination.
Don’t look for the company to inflate the numbers of craft n class like they did two drives back or be waiting for the twu to call and tell them know the day to file with the nmb like the last time. The teamsters didn’t have enough cards but filed anyway and the same day the company turned in their info. Hmm how’s that work? The company just happened to have everything ready on a minutes notice because they are super intuitive and efficient?

It shouldn't, but it does. That's human nature. And it will until we are made equal.
Oh, I forgot, In Weezies world I'm supposed to keep taking it in the shorts and like it.
But I'm doing alright though aren't I Weezie? So it's all good!
Rogallo but why do you feel the other side should give up things so you can be made equal? Or am I wrong and you don’t feel that way? Should you have to give up work so maybe the IAM side can feel like they’re equal with you?
I just want to know if you realize who it really is who’s preventing you from being equal.
And yes, I know who is preventing us from being equal.
Did that picture cost you a couple of cases of Heineken ?TWU, MIA.

Spot on. Not one person I work with cares if the iam keeps their medical or pension. Not one!!! I’ve gotten use to my med plan and can live with it good or bad. Not an issue so take it off the table.Did I say they have to give up anything. I could care less about their pension or medical costs. They can keep those benefits for all I care. I'm losing out on the other benefits.
And yes, I know who is preventing us from being equal.
Talk about redundant,,,, Be your own man and think outside the box or just keep passing out the Heineken.Sorry if it bothers you that I support my Union and the guys Negotiating for me, if it does.

Iam pension,,, if they like it then keep it but don’t force me into it. Take it off the table move on.
Fleet service scope? Not my issue so move on.
MnR scope? If head count goes down by attrition and it’s put in writing then who cares. Our numbers have been cut in half regardless of scope language since 2001. So if they will put it in writing that no one looses their job and it’s by attrition only then I can live with it. Move on.
Facilities have been told they can move to osm positions to keep their job. The same choice was given to building cleaners several years back and the guard positions long before that. Worked with several guards that became amt’s 20 years ago.
These are issues that come up in discussions every day at the break tables and not my opinion alone so hey anonymous ass negotiators are you listening? If these items have u stalemated MOVE ON.

Ouch. I do believe he had a bottle of Heineken in his hand.
