Don't you have it wrong? Wasn't it when AMFA wanted an agreement? I'm not saying I'm right, but didn't AMFA sign a TA after it was sued by the company in front of a friendly judge for a tab of millions? I looked at your TA and it didn't appear much different than the one you guys rejected a couple years ago, other than imputing more compensation for the further delay.

regards,
The one we voted down was last September. There aren’t really any changes from that one except; the international outsourcing of 8 lines and the compensation (wages/ratification bonus). The compensation jumped from 14.9 to 20% snap up, our raises remain on aug 16th (instead of April) and the ratification bonus went from 91m to 145m (+15m for the outsourcing).

Al, I don't see 5 years, but I do see 2-3 years for you guys. I also see you guys being put on ice as well. I'm telling you that your co. is playing the very same playbook our co played with us and this is where I get my time frame. But still just a guess. As in our case, WHEN the co is ready is WHEN you guys will get an agreement. Good luck guys...
Did you guys run a smear campaign against the companys officers or were you never that desperate

Thank you PI !!! I'm feel confident I'll wear this out with TN posting!

They could have paid the 3% raise for 2018. Paid another 25 million in bonus and it probably would have passed.

HEY Bin you always aking tim for proof how about you showing me one credible article that shows AAs BOD discussing Parkers future im.sure they make that info available to the public all the time.

I tell you what you post a copy of said offer and I promise to let you know if I’ll vote for it or not.
If you choose not to then I’ll just have to consider you a liar and worse yet not a very creative one.
Rat same should apply to Peterson can he provide any evidence that the BOD is not happy with Parkers work? How about the Isom theory Shouldnt someone in petersons position be more discreet?

Sure he should but then he’s not on this board claiming it

Tim if you were serious about a card drive, i would understand the issues of compromise from Bob Owens on line/oh, and what cities chamber of commerce would lose the highest paying jobs. Next I would get the full wording from Gless and release it right now. You could easily get the Twu right now, as everyone hates this Phat PHuck guy.
