The one we voted down was last September. There aren’t really any changes from that one except; the international outsourcing of 8 lines and the compensation (wages/ratification bonus). The compensation jumped from 14.9 to 20% snap up, our raises remain on aug 16th (instead of April) and the ratification bonus went from 91m to 145m (+15m for the outsourcing).Don't you have it wrong? Wasn't it when AMFA wanted an agreement? I'm not saying I'm right, but didn't AMFA sign a TA after it was sued by the company in front of a friendly judge for a tab of millions? I looked at your TA and it didn't appear much different than the one you guys rejected a couple years ago, other than imputing more compensation for the further delay.
