Hellooo to who? I know who “ you “ is, but tell me who the “ others “ are? In your post.
CB, allow me to correct myself. Meant it for the membership not anyone person or anyone at the nego table or on the NC.
When the membership gets sick and tired, and the moral hits the gutter, the product stops moving, and therefore, the company starts to feel it. That is when they seem to start listening and "hearing" the membership. You know CB, kinda a wake up call, if you will. I personally think our Hellooooo came way too late, but, at least it did finally come.

I was really surprised you didn’t show up. Really wish you had.
Many people really wish you had.
CB, why are people screaming to vote? A bit early isn't it?? Still some biggies left open to nego, correct???
Just not understanding the calls for a vote from some members (and non members).
And what would your opinion be on where these nego's are headed in April? Do you see a possible pause or ice coming? Or do you see setting new dates (if needed) beyond April during the April nego's?
Also hoping if/when ours passes it will help you guys get the mechanics side another comparo for their contract. Good luck.

I remember that story the other fact that had never rigged the elevator system on that aircraft before. Classic human factors Lack of Knowledge.
Me too.
Don't quote me here, but I do believe the FAR's also state something to the effect of, no mechanic shall perform maint. on an aircraft that he has never performed before, or at least been trained by an experienced mechanic before. In other words, he cannot perform any maint he has not done in the past at least one time before under management and experienced OJT.

Apologies for answering a question not posed to me. Would just like to add my perspective of your question.
The company geared their alleged "proposal" to garner all the votes they could muster by giving just enough in wages and benefits to the LAA side. Knowing they would all jump on it since they've been disadvantaged for an extended period and are hungry to begin make progress. For many on the LUS side, it's cost negative just in medical insurance alone. TN is the ONLY anomaly on LUS side you'll hear from in support of the company "proposal".

No prob. Bin.
I see what you mean. You guys really are in the exact same boat we were in at 4 years into it. It really does appear AA is playing the exact same playbook as SWA did. They are trying to "gage" the membership as well as buy off the larger numbered side to a passing contract (TWU side). Didn't we all kinda see that coming? Good luck to you Bin. It really does appear you guys are in for a long wait as we were. Hate seeing it but looks like it in reality. You guys might go as long as we did or longer, but I really hope not. I am in hopes our offer will pass and it will help you guys get yours done. We will see come by no later than June 1.

Don't think in house mechanics of any airline have not been the cause of an incident or two, or three.....................

So you’re in support of offshoring your work then?

Question being not that they’re going to do it but do you support it?
