Why? I am not miserable. Whne the place becomes intolerable, I'll leave.

In regard to Cav's post, he was the one who made the comment about pointing a gun to his head and having the trigger pulled, not me. Did you miss that?

Why be so miserable? Why not show some courage and simply leave the company?

Regards,

USA320Pilot
And just because people do not like whats happening doesn't mean they are miserable. Then you keep telling people to leave well well your excuse is when it is intolerable then you will leave.

hallelujah did you ever think maybe they might be miserable but haven't reached the point of it being intolerable for whatever reason?

Who are you to tell people to quit? I want an answer WHO are you? Who do you think you are?

Why don't you show courage and quit after all you have everything all lined up, so you say. So what it's not intolerable yet Quit anyway show us your courage.

Do you see how aweful that sounds? Me telling you to quit. I didn't really mean it I am just feeding you garbage back to you. I would never ever tell someone to quit their job. How could anyone.

Where in Cav's post does it say anything about commiting suicide.
It didn't.

According to the theories of Sigmund Freud, psychological projection is a psychological defense mechanism whereby one "projects" one's own thoughts, motivations, desires, feelings, and so on onto someone else (usually another person, but psychological projection onto animals and inanimate objects also occurs). The principle of projection is well established in psychology.

or something to that affect?

Or did you really mean actual suicide as in killing yourself as USA320 implies
Don't take this wrong: But I didn't realize my posts were so profound as to need analyzed.

I meant just what I wrote, so YES something to that EXACT EFFECT. The captain is way way off base.

Read LARK. I believe that poster is smarter than us all put together.

Now, back to cutting my lawn……..

USA320Pilot comments: Cav, I disagree. If the “constant uncertainly coupled with threatsâ€￾ makes you want to commit suicide you have bigger problems than this company. Get some help -- I mean it. There is nothing, nothing worth committing suicide over and if this place bothers you so much than do yourself a favor and quit, get a new job, and find SOME help.

IT IS NOT HUMAN NATURE TO HURT YOURSELF OR OTHER PEOPLE -- PERIOD. YES, I AM SHOUTING.

Respectfully,

USA320Pilot
Dude,

Have you never heard of hyperbole? Subtlety? Nuance?

Nevermind - From your posts, I already know the answer.

And trying to poison Cav's well because he/she disagrees with and debates you is chicken@#$%.

If you cannot make it on what you earn now than why don't you go do something else to improve your position? That's the least you can do to help your family.

Why not get a start now since the company will fail without employee participation in the "Transformation Plan"?

Respectfully,

USA320Pilot
You misunderstood. I am making it on what I earn now. I won't be able to with more cuts. If I have to take more cuts I will find another job. But as my right, I will first vote no. If it fails without this so-called plan, then so be it. Do you think they really care about you? I had to work under the first two concessions you people voted in. Now you'll have to live with the results if the vote is no. That is the union system, like it or not.
