Aircraft maint issues

AA/USAIR is willing to wait until we give in on scope.
I do not see a contract anytime soon.

Our company moved last negotiations, the money is better, the bonus is getting closer, offered protection for the major maint stations for some changes in scope, so we will see, who knows, wish you guys luck.

So now we are getting our negotiation updates from Parker. He just stated our worthless Association/union just pass a comprehensive proposal to them.
This is why there is no trust in the twu/iam alliance.

So tell me if you got what our last offer was 30% signing bonus, and say 4% a year after that, with some scope changes, would depend on what your scope is, would you guys take it, or not?

For me, you would have to add double time and a half for holidays. Ten holidays minimum, 7 weeks max vacation, double time for overtime, 12 sick day accrual per year, full pay for all sick days. I probably missed a few things.

Anything less is a NO from me. Oh, I've only voted yes once in my 31 years at AA. The yes vote was for an extension.

Understand that.

I would like to to keep the medical I have as a US Airways technician. The 4% that the pilots and flight attendants received some 2 years ago. Signing bonus no less than 10% of my gross income. Keep all my current holidays and at least 6 weeks vacation after 25 years of service

It’s looking like since we got the $1000 check because of the tax cut, our profit sharing is going from 3% last year to 2% this year.

Come on man. One has nothing to do with the other. 2017 profit was less than 2016.

Keeping one medical plan over another is a worthy endeavor but having insurance in retirement from 60-65 could cause many to go ahead and retire.

Delta people rose to the challenges of 2017 to produce solid financial results, industry leading operational reliability and strong improvements in customer satisfaction, and it’s an honor to recognize their achievements with $1.1 billion in profit sharing,” said Ed Bastian, Delta’s chief executive officer.

Sounds good to me! I would add in the 80 days IOD time to boot.
Here's a question for you....If we did get all of this, would you be willing to give in on the scope?
