AAG announces changes at DCA and LGA

The rumors about DL buying VX may be flying, but I don't see it working as a run-around for the two gates at DAL.

I recall some language in the settlement agreement to prevent that from happening with the DCA/LGA slots, and I can't imagine the DOJ would allow something that to happen with DAL or the other airport assets up for grabs as a resut of the settlement.
