Open Mouth Insert Foot. Maybe you should do a little research before you scream AA Pilots wont fly it. And I quote maybe you should pull your head out of you a$$.

I had to re-read my post twice. I didn't 'scream' and made no mention of the pilots refusing to fly the route, but implied there would be hell raised. Perhaps from your vantage point you missed that.

My intent was to point out that perhaps as before, Arpey would make a stupid move to show how tough he was and then ended up apologizing - certainly not sincere, but apologizing anyway.

Perhaps the recent offer to the pilots that will allow them to work overtime if they choose in lieu of a pay raise will be a sufficient substitute for Arpey's previous stupidity, angering them again.

Better? Now - settle down and take your nervous medicine like a good boy/girl.

it doesn't make any difference if we've got the routes or not unless the pilots will fly them.

Sound to me like you think they have a choice.
