Doug Parker wrote what he wrote, but you assumed he meant something he did not...

Its time for a grammar lesson...

Parker wrote the  company "will" accept the list...  He did not write the company "has accepted" the list..

Details. Details.  Details.  When exactly "will" the company accept the list?

All this time you have been saying "The company has accepted the list."

Brush up on your grammar.  Learn the difference between "future" tense and "present perfect" tense.

Fishy, Fishy, you are in the Fish Bowl School for a reason.

Try to keep up.

It's are old friend in disguise Spinthis or should we say Snapthis.

Congrats, you now have 17e which you would have had at FOS in October.  I assume the east also got the requested retro back to 2013?

Would it not be just peachy if this decision put an ace up the West's sleeve?

Just remember....Seat..Domicile...Equipment..!!!!!
Living proof America West only required a high school education.

Every US Airways and American pilot who has 17e rights as of 2013 is now senior to all America West pilots (outside the toilet PHX) regardless of the SLI.

That peach didn't go up your sleeve ...

You should brush up on the differences between reinstatement rights and displacement rights.

Also, the difference between a vacancy bid and a displacement bid.

This latest "gift" to the east just about guarantees the Nic with the BOA.

And, BTW, the peach has been eaten and the pit shoved up your rear.

I learned how to read contracts in high school, but how to write contracts in grad school.

Finally and forever to doubtful, you're moving in the right direction.

Just trying to make junior feel better, I'll stick with finally and forever though, kind of like how you'll be in the right seat.....

Wrong again, I was a Metrojet and 320 Captain in 2001 and will be agian when I get to Miami.

We all understand how you have a problem telling the truth.  :D

I don't think you will be a Metrojet Captain in Miami.

NostraNoNicdamus has been peddling his Nic 4 9 yrs.
9 long, long years.
Remember, it is the only accepted AND never implemented list at LCC/AA.....

Hey Claxative...

I kinda like what you did with my screen name!!

It has been a long 9 years. All the years with a scab union and low pay, and the only consolation was my east counterpart was making far less for the same job in a crappy domicile like PHL.

A co-workers suffering on LOA93 was really no consolation at all, so you are right it was a long 9 years.  Too bad we are all going to get hosed in this SLI because of the drag on our career expectations brought about by the scab union.

You are also right in that the Nic is only "accepted".  "Accepted" by the company,  "Accepted" by the AAPSIC, "Accepted" by the industry, and "Accepted" by the Federal court system as the only system seniority list for all LCC pilots.

One last thing you are right about.  My screen name.  Soon it will no longer be appropriate. Guess I will have to change it to "Nic@AAL".

"Rotting in PHX" ???

Sorry scab union supporter, you got the wrong guy.

For the  past 9 years I made $1/2 million more than my east counterpart, with 170 more days of vacation, working in the best domicile in the LCC system.

Frankly, I feel sorry for the DCA, EWR and PIT based A320 pilots that live out West and could have had a huge raise and a PHX base, but the scab union screwed them out of it.  Those are the folks who were rotting in their cross continent commute, so scab union supporters could fail at their attempt of stealing position and status at LCC.

And for the folks who wanted PHX AND wanted to scab, well...didn't anybody ever tell you you can't have your cake and eat it too??
