Can you please reference where USAPA or the APA east committee has presented a DOH proposed.

Uhhmmm..it was the FIRST thing crafted in USAPA's Constitution & Bylaws. They attempted to deliver a DOH list with those "cute" conditions & restrictions to Mr. Parker on the Fall of 2008. The EPIC is championing the "Rick-o-lau", using 3 lists to now advantage a third-list pilot over a PHX based pilot (even WORSE than DOH).

Would you by chance know how to read? ALL of this is fact that can be read in USAPA updates, Leonidas updates, and the mountains of legal filings.

Look Dude, you REALLY have to start studying this stuff ON YOUR OWN.  Further it is REALLY tiring to SHOW YOU what & where INFORMATION is, only to have "you'se" fold your arms and hold your breath and claim "it's not true!".
 

• CURRENT SLI:  The EPSIC DID NOT PROPOSE DATE OF HIRE.  They proposed something WORSE for the PHX based pilots.  They proposed a general relative integration whereby a "third-list" new hire was equal to a PHX based pilot hired in 2004.  The funny thing is this is the SAME complaint that USAPA made of the Nicolau List.  Please see the recent transcripts of the LUS/LAA Seniority Arbitration that has just concluded.
• "ANY SLI":  US Air Merger Attorney Dan Katz, AAA/AWA SLI - December 4, 2006: 
  "Here we feel that can be done, and that is what we propose the arbitration panel should do.  Is to integrate the two seniority lists on the basis of date of hire, adjusted for furlough time that any pilot had through May 19, 2005, the date of the announcement of the merger, subject to temporary conditions and restrictions."

"We want it all and we want it now," was the message from the river I guess I'd too be upset if I knew I had given it all away. Being in Phoenix can't be that bad. Lots of sun! He cries fowl at doh, but knows it is not being proposed. I hope he doesn't explode between now and June!

Not upset.  Just impatient with someone who REFUSES to become and remain EDUCATED, and INSISTS that someone else do his HOMEWORK.  You sir are either a fool or someone that is suffering from severe denialism.
