"Rotting in PHX" ???

Sorry scab union supporter, you got the wrong guy.

For the  past 9 years I made $1/2 million more than my east counterpart, with 170 more days of vacation, working in the best domicile in the LCC system.

??

No, I got the right guy, I made considerably more than that from the time you scabs had bottom wages from your inception in late 83, so you can spin that all you want boy, that's what you do best.

And still NO NIC for you.........What a shame, glad you happy in the fishbowl.

Frankly, I feel sorry for the DCA, EWR and PIT based A320 pilots that live out West and could have had a huge raise and a PHX base, but the scab union screwed them out of it.  Those are the folks who were rotting in their cross continent commute, so scab union supporters could fail at their attempt of stealing position and status at LCC.

And for the folks who wanted PHX AND wanted to scab, well...didn't anybody ever tell you you can't have your cake and eat it too??
Interesting mathematical scenario you provided since the merger nine years ago.

Would you like the monetary details of the amount that was lost by david braid and mitch vasalino in the same time period?

Are you going to be able to fly with an East Crew member professionally in the future?

Hey Claxative...

I kinda like what you did with my screen name!!

It has been a long 9 years. All the years with a scab union and low pay, and the only consolation was my east counterpart was making far less for the same job in a crappy domicile like PHL.

..... yada, yada....

You are also right in that the Nic is only "accepted".  "Accepted" by the company,  "Accepted" by the AAPSIC, "Accepted" by the industry, and "Accepted" by the Federal court system as the only system seniority list for all LCC pilots.
 .... more yada, yada.

Please point to a court ruling were it states a federal court system accepted the nic.

Please point to an industry quote were it stated that it accepted the nic award, beside US Airways, that never implemented the nic.

More candy please baby.

Ask vasilino how much he lost since the nic was tossed out.  He is living in the evolutionary   justice instinctive need in my brain.  I am enjoying his placement for the last nine years.

Did you get your upgrade to captain bid in the last nine years with america west?  East had new hires that recently were upgraded.
(rhetorical question)

The position you have taken in the the last nine years has made it easier for the East Pilots to do what they have to do.

Probably WELL LESS than what you've lost by not honoring your word (you know, INTEGRITY) and accepting the Nicolau list with a new contract.  I'd worry less about us & Mitch, and how you're gonna explain your decisions/losses to those that you promised a "slam dunk".

The Arbitration Board conducts an evidentiary hearing, with witnesses, evidence and a stenographic transcript. The Boards Opinion and Award are to be issued simultaneously, within 150 days following the PID, unless both pilot groups and ALPAs President agree to an extension. The Merger Policy provides, The Award of the Arbitration Board shall be final and binding on all parties to the arbitration and shall be defended by ALPA. No ALPA seniority integration arbitration result has ever been set aside by the courts although some dissatisfied pilots have challenged the award before administrative agencies and the courts.

Freund:   Okay.  And would it be fair to say that in looking at this slide, if one were to take the American pilots out, what we would see would be Rick Brown's substituted judgment as the new George Nicolau with respect to the relationship between the East pilots and the West pilots?

It is up to the MB BOA SLI Committee now.

28j submissions, the staple of the previous west legal strategy , by andy 28jjjjjjjjjjjj j j jacobs does not apply to the MB BOA.

Enjoying choking your chicken is the only conduct you have posted that is pertinent or allowed.

"(j) Citation of Supplemental Authorities. If pertinent and significant authorities come to a party's attention after the party's brief has been filed—or after oral argument but before decision—a party may promptly advise the circuit clerk by letter, with a copy to all other parties, setting forth the citations. The letter must state the reasons for the supplemental citations, referring either to the page of the brief or to a point argued orally. The body of the letter must not exceed 350 words. Any response must be made promptly and must be similarly limited."

All good points, the more senior west pilots lost big time as they could have been in our wide body's not to mention all the growth, I think a lot of west F/Os missed great opportunities to upgrade also. It's a pity they fell for the NIC or nothing scam.

EWR-based A320 pilots?  Pray you don't get tagged for a random drug screen.

$1/2 million?  At best, America's Worst Airline captains made $145K while US narrow-body captains were making $120K during LOA 93 wages.   Over the ten years that the scenario existed, that  would be a $1/4 million differential....at best.  After taxes, considerably less.

A fair percentage of US captains during this period were flying the B757/B767 and making $149K.  The US A330 captains were making $163.

The sun has cooked your feeble brain, nixed4us.
