Btw, perry Mason, did it ever occur to you that the APA could do exactly the same thing to the East Pilots under your ridiculous, flawed logic? USAPA IS DEAD AND GONE...IRRELEVANT AND IGNORED. Because their theives as well as cheats, liars and scabs. They're also playing Russian roulette as that matter will be pursued until the money is paid back, or the responsible parties are personally bankrupted and possibly jailed. If ALPA had tried to pull any of this BS when USCABA showed up you know the blood curdling screams that would have come from you cowardly hypocrites would have been deafening.

Why did YOU forfeit a billion dollars of w2 wages food an extra 1/3 upgrades? 2 out of 3 were going east ANYWAY with the Nic.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A longtime Philadelphia union boss has been convicted in a racketeering case that accused him of using violence and intimidation to secure union jobs.

Federal prosecutors say 73-year-old Joseph Dougherty told Ironworkers Local 401 members they were at "war" with nonunion competitors.

They say his members ratcheted up the pressure on nonunion contractors as the economy stalled and jobs dried up.

Dougherty's conviction comes after nearly a dozen members pleaded guilty rather than face trial. Several testified against him, including a top deputy who described the arson of a Quaker meeting house being built with nonunion crews.

The defense said Dougherty never ordered up the vandalism and should not be held responsible for other people's crimes.

The racketeering, extortion and other convictions carry what could amount to a life sentence.

It is easier to blame east pilots than accept the fact a 2004 west hire was offered the Nic and turned it down. Now a psychopath like res has to blame an east pilot.

Ferguson made it very clear that he was not going to be strong-armed. Wye River was a cram-down and not a compromise. The APA will have a seniority list at some point. Is USAPA LLC going to invite the APA to Wye River as well?
