You should have taken the hundreds of millions of dollars you wasted on USCABAS foolish plan. The certifeid west class outlived your scab Union. Those ties you love so much are the noise we used to strangle your joke of a union. You'll be lucky if it's just the Nic.

This is true. Why didn't t Eric take the Nicoluau? Honestly. You could have had it. Why not?
All this money and legal trouble, and you still cannot leave PHX. Those 330 captain slots are paying serious $$$
This is a costly miscalculation.

Are you the tire iron dude? Starting to sound like it.

Unlike you scab dipschitts APA actually knows what DFR is. They will present their case and have zero input as to the Wests presentation. Has your state of utter irrelevance and powerlessness set in yet? Judging from your laughably pathetic charade of a "national election ". I'd say a few of you delusional idiots are still hanging on. See you in front of Nicolau's former students soon!:)

Be honest now, your the wests biggest idiot, did you pay 675 dollars for a 5 dollar tie while the east enjoys massive upgrades and upward movement. The APA is not your friend you'll find out soon.

I wonder if three MORE of George Nicolau's protégés will agree with you. The last Three wiped their asses with Wilder. Better luck next time. :)
"As a result of that ruling by arbitrator George Nicolau, major changes were made to the Air Line Pilots Association seniority integration policy in 2009. "The evolution of ALPA merger policy including, most importantly, the modifications following George Nicolau's award in the America West-US Airways case, is central to the resolution of this case," the three United/Continental arbitrators said in the ruling they issued.

"The most significant change in the policy, particularly in light of the decision that prompted the revision, was the express addition of 'longevity,'" or pilot tenure at a merged airline, as a factor in seniority list integrations, the ruling said."
Nicolau protege's in house ruling for alpa UAL CAL recent merger.

American Pilots will not go to arbitration, they will agree with the legal bargaining representatives of the US Airways pilots.  The McCaskill-Bond Amendment allows such agreements, that then become legally binding.

"After carefully considering the arguments of the parties, the Board finds
that the proper issue before it, therefore, is as follows: “Whether the APA has the
discretion to designate a West Pilots Merger Committee to participate in the
seniority Integration List (SLI) process and, if so, whether it should do so?”

"The West Pilots deny that the issue before the Board is whether or not West Pilots have an independent legal right to participate in the SLI proceedings.
Any attempt to reframe the issue in this manner should be dismissed by the
Board, the West Pilots insist. Whether the West Pilots have a separate and
independent legal right to engage in SLI negotiations and arbitration is irrelevant,
as APA has already decided as a matter of its discretion to appoint a West
Merger Committee."

According to the West Pilots, USAPA is merely attempting to confuse the
issue before the Board by recrafting the issue to be decided. The only issue to
be resolved, the West Pilots maintain, is whether APA has properly exercised its
discretion to appoint a West Merger Committee to ensure that the interests of
West Pilots are fully represented in the SLI process."

West, APA and American Pilots will listen and respond to your concerns, about as well as the AA Flight Management pilots listened and responded to david braids slide show presentation.
USAPA warned you many times.

Take your Meds Mike. You lost. Btw, what the hell does "ALPA merger policy" have to do with this sli? Nothing. The arbs can do whatever they want. The West is on the same level play field as you bi-polar scabs. Any settlements REQUIRE the West to Agree. Nothing you can do Mikey, you delusional failure. Have the pickleballers sued you yet for copyright infringement. :)

Offering the messenger meds you are taking does not change the bad news for you.

"Any settlements REQUIRE the West to Agree."
bzzzzzzzzzt!

The west pilots have been tying their 675 dollar ties too tightly around their neck.  The result has been lack of oxygen and degrading of flow to their cranial cavity.
