I will take Cleary any day. Eric was offered the Nic and the constraints would be long gone.
He buzzed around and got you zero and locked in PHX. You would be bidding every captain bid on the 330, 76 and little bus. Now you can't.
As much as you Spinit, you cannot deny that truth.

Ferguson and Koontz were no match at all for Cleary, he crushed the west, undeniably.

Be sure and tell that to the next SLI arbitration panel. The West will be there completely free of your tyranny with the legal team that mopped the floor with Wilder. No where to run, no where to hide anymore.

The west will say,"it's the NIC or nothing. Marty will sue your ass just like he did USAPA. Humph!" Lots of places for them to run to in the desert.

You just be sure to tell to the APA, we all sure they will welcome the NIC with open arms.

Just be sure to tell the APA they have a decertified union on the property saying they represent the pilots.

Unlike you scab dipschitts APA actually knows what DFR is. They will present their case and have zero input as to the Wests presentation. Has your state of utter irrelevance and powerlessness set in yet? Judging from your laughably pathetic charade of a "national election ". I'd say a few of you delusional idiots are still hanging on. See you in front of Nicolau's former students soon!:)

Like you have a choice, that's funny.
Like USAPA has any influence in regards to my choice. That's even funnier.

Run along, the need (or lack thereof) for your services has been decertified.

Why don't you bid the 330 then, plenty of openings, oh wait a minute, so much for "my choice". Now that's funnier. You run along son and enjoy ANOTHER year of being locked in PHX.

How those ties sales coming?
