Miracle on the Hudson co-pilot Jeff Skiles has a new job, and it means he won't be going back to work at US Airways.

Skiles, 52, of Oregon, has been named vice president of chapters and youth organizations for the Experimental Aircraft Association in Oshkosh

No, he had a GOOD lawyer, who wrote him a good contract following contract law.
Unlike the third tier hack legal team of Leonidas, led by Marty Harper.
No sweetheart deal. And you missed the obvious being blinded by your eternal jealousy.
He is making great pay on the 330. He will not be dealing with the Nic ever again, and will be driving a 330 long before you.

Where is your combined DOH list you promised? Is USAPA representing the West? How close to getting off LOA93 were you without the APA fixing it for you? In the pre-arb, that panel never said anything about the Nic not being used. Quite the contrary actually asking who the "new" Nicolau was supposed to be. Pauley's story was clearly BS and they clearly saw that. Also, No Judge ever said the Nic couldn't be used. Quite the contrary...powerful evidence and all.  A personal liability suit against usapa principles was just green lit by a Federal Judge. Delay is the only thing you achieved out of this mess and the shrinking of PHX has been dumb luck for the East. The delay has cost well over a Billion dollars of lost income for the pilot group and you arrogant fools were getting 2 out of every 3 upgrades anyway. The Delay is over. USAPA is dead, and the SLI is moving ahead.
 
You'll be getting the Nic as well.In fact, you'll be lucky if it's just the Nic award. The group is so big now you won't even notice the West piling on top of you. Just be glad you're shrink wrote you a letter allowing your medical retirement Mike. You really don't want to be on the list of 13, they and their families lives are going to be financially ruined.  I can't wait.
