Hey, how bout that Metro clown Kevin Horner, wonder if he will join in the TWA suit or stay on the AA side or even the west side. Thanks to him the APA are fed up with the west pilots antics.

The third tier legal brain trust of Leonidas has blundered again. Doyal, Vaselino, and Ferguson have teamed with Marty in another failed mission.
USAPA has the mantle of SLI representation for east pilots now.
Simmons and his Leonidas burglar accomplice Scherff cannot just walk away from their participation in a union then turn around and sue it.
west pilots view their own legal filings as law and post them as false verdicts. Simmons and Spinthis are famous for this charade.
Leonidas has given up in its failed mailer campaign. east pilots and new hires would laugh at the attempt of narrow body PHX constrained pilots to convince them they were missing out. One can only imagine the puzzled looks east third listers and new hires would have when they saw west attempts to convince them they have missed out on anything.
The east pilots are experiencing huge W2 action via A 330 and captain upgrades. The 330 pay checks are absolutely stunning.

Maybe he can chip in to the Scab13 legal fund. Let's see:
3 million dollars illegally spent....that's $231,000 each they need to pay back.
They need a legal team paid for out of pocket
they might be paying the West legal team...which will be as expensive as humanly possible.
and possibly additional fines.
 
I'm sure the Scab13 are resting easy. There's only 1500 people who hate their guts willing to pay as long as it takes to take every personal asset and bankrupt each one of them via litigation that a Federal judge saw "good reason" to move forward.
 
What's the plan if the Judge freezes USCABA bank accounts? That's what's being asked of him as well.
 
How epically stupid were those idiots that ran for the fake election to a fake union? That decision will be costing them the rest of their lives. I'm sure their spouses are plenty happy about this as well.
