Pretty much. I'm all for the TWA folks attacking the swine at APA for what they did, although I expect no real and at all meaningful results from that, save to perhaps tie up the timeline a bit more. Per the west?...Well....to my full discredit; I'm nowadays left just playin' with them for purely sick amusement.

A decertified FBA that operates as a non-profit LLC in North Carolina has no "officials".  It's nothing which is why the Federal Judge said there was "good reason" to move fwd with the civil suit against the SCAB13. This is going to get expensive fast.

Well..they sure did strive "righteously" for just such a result, or were simply far too stupid to ever even see it coming, even while floundering in PHX for years. Excuse me if I'm fresh outta' tissues for their pitiful little "army"....Hmm (checks time)..Aren't we way overdue yet more "spartan" umm, "threats"?...Or at least some fresh "T-minus" countdown clocks?

Well..after both the MOU's and the recent contract "negotiations"; I've given up any hope the APA has anything more than the very dimmest (and even possibly cracked) bulbs in the box to offer anyway. Seriously; did they do NO/zip/ZERO due diligence on ANYTHING at all? They evidently, actually were stupid enough to believe Aww shucks, I'm really a great guy Parker and purple-tutu-Kirby at face value?....Not even noticing the tutu? That, just by it's self, amounts to almost whole new definitions of both Stupid and Gullible. Nothing more than "standard-issue", moronic "career politicians" wholly incapable of even "fiercely" wiping their own arses. I now expect nothing more from the APA than future flatulence, countless contract grievences they'll lose, and general ineptitude overall. Why would, even could I imagine otherwise?
