I'd swear that you had previously posted that you were "moving-on"...that you were no longer posting on that incident.  Or is this like when you posted you had taped/recorded the incident, only to recant that statement later.

Make-up your mind Jerry...and although obviously difficult for you, try to be truthful.
I must have hit a nerve that lies close to the truth.

Bottom line;
The jump seat is sacred grounds.  It is like Las Vegas, "what happens in Vegas (ie like the jump seat) stays..............

Hurt feelings should not change this.  Just pretend you are dealing with your spouse at home and nod your head three times while you are being verbally abused.

Courtesy is appreciated by a jump seater. Treat them like you would like to be treated riding to work, or more importantly, heading home.

LOL, Cactpussy called me a "dork" oh my!  Keep laughing scab, even though we all know you are ready to jump at any minute.

USAPA had the burden on its own to prove a legitimate purpose.
Consequently, it ought to have lost Claim One because it failed to provide
any admissible evidence of a legitimate purpose....
The West lawyer heroes are fully convinced that USAPA (the defendants) have a burden to prove they are innocent of the implicitly assumed DFR guilt purported by the Spartan warrior plaintiffs.

No. The smart real lawyers don't believe a word of their own BS (do they?).... A plaintiff can never win a court case on implicit assumptions, but they can sell a shirt load of $675 ties to cover the bilking billing hours (if their are any. :D).

Seriously, can someone with a 675$ tie ask Marty about the burden of proof for a plaintiff vs. a defendant?

LOL, not even close Jerry. I just get a chuckle out of your hypocrisy and attitude of superiority...both entirely off-target! We can all see how well you "keep your word"!

6/13 I have been here 28 yrs and am one of the most trustworthy commuters you will meet.....this was an unusual incident. You do whatever you think you must, I will live with it. Just try to be more ethical than this other azzhole.....if you shake my hand and we agree to something on a personal level, well, I expect that you will keep your word, just as I will keep mine.

breeze

6/13 To all......

I have nothing more to say on the JS subject.

breeze

6/13 Obviously we look at things differently.......and I would guess you were hired in about 2000 also. You believe what you want.....what I wrote is the truth. But I couldn't care less what you think.

I have said all I have to say.

breeze

6/15 I agreed to not say more about the JS issue, however, I will say:

LOL! you are so off base you don't have a freakin clue!

6/15 You are correct and I screwed up by giving that arrogant FO an opportunity to unload on me, while trying to be respectful to him. I pledged to say no more on the subject.

breeze

6/28 A few weeks ago I had an incident while riding the JS home, as you all know.

The FO went on the AOL forum and posted all of my personal information, everything he could think of...... my name, employee number, DOH, my commuting route, the aircraft I fly, and a description of me........so I was pretty upset.

After a couple of drinks one evening, I released my anger on this board. I put out a bluff that I had recorded some of his actions in the cockpit, hoping he would think twice about doing that sort of thing in the future. It was a stupid thing for me to post, but at the time, I didn't care. I wanted revenge, and the alcohol was my fuel.

I assure you that I DID NOT record anything in the cockpit, and never have. I hope this will clear theair a bit and help defuse the issue.

I apologize to you all for my behavior.

breeze

7/8 I am disappointed.....after having been abused on the JS by nic4us, I learn that he isn't even a gold contributor.

breeze

7/17 I publicly apologized for my behavior, mainly to help prevent a JS war. No one asked me to, I just didn't want my actions to hurt fellow commuters, East or West. I have no respect for DM at all.

breeze

7/18 Yes, that was the problem I had with him....and he tried to push his objective.

He is 13 yrs, 9 months, junior to me via DOH (8/21/2000), so the NIC would put him ahead of me on the SLI. He has a big chip on his shoulder. Knowing that AOL doesn't have a leg to stand on is eating him up.

breeze

8/25 The vile attitude that CactusPilot1 spews very much parallels the attitude of the AFO who harassed me on the JS.....probably a 2000 hire who now desperately sees that he is going down in flames and just has to give somebody some #### before he hits ground zero. He just can't accept the fact that the NIC is dead and his expensive gamble is not going to pay off.

If someone is thrown off a jump seat or either side is treated disrespectfully, report it to professional standards and the jump seat committee.

Eventually if the same named person shows up in the complaints, a pattern will be proven and the appropriate actions can take place.

This includes getting the company involved.

Next problem please.

If the West pilots had something relevant to say about their emotional appeal to the 9th then they wouldn't need to cling to meaningless diversions and spats from old web posts.

Whoops...don't know how I did that. Sorry Claxon, I may have many issues with you but certainly didn't mean to post under your name. Now where is that damn EDIT button...

Including if the same person is continually whining about being disrespected...especially when it is shown that the people accused of picking on poor Jerry have clean records at the CPO. Jerry's tiara exists only in his own mind.

Thank you for your post.  I understand.

A jump seater should never threaten to reveal photos or even post specific items of jump seat observations.  That said, the poster previously apologized but should have left it at that.  A good pilot with family pressures.

Regardless of the disagreements on this forum, I am sure all agree that there would be no jump seat privileges today if this line was crossed more than a few times in the past.

If the apology is sincere, it should be accepted.  Sometimes one has to apologize twice, then move on.

United Pilot problems, August 2014;

Update On Company Payroll Overpayments

One function of ALPA is to offer full support to those who need to resolve specific issues with the management. One of the latest issues that has arisen concerns the Company’s alleged overpayment to more than 450 pilots, with overpayment amounts ranging from $56 to $22,000. Rather than allow the Company to deduct these amounts directly from the pilots’ next paychecks, ALPA developed a structured process for pilots to have their claims reviewed if they do not accept the Company’s findings. This process included the creation of a Payroll Dispute Committee (PDC) consisting of both ALPA and Company representatives where pilots can dispute the validity of the overpayment amount. If the pilot concurs with the Company’s findings, a payment arrangement system was established that could be tailored to the pilot's individual needs.

In light of the Company’s recent mistake that sent out hundreds of overpayment letters to the wrong pilots, ALPA worked diligently to ensure that the latest round of Company letters made it to their correct destinations. Furthermore, through the PDC’s research, numerous overpayment errors have been found in the Company’s initial accounting, effectively lowering or completely eliminating some pilots’ alleged debt.

The above situation underscores the importance of steadfast advocacy on behalf of our pilots. ALPA will continue to protect the best interests of each and every pilot that it represents. Pilots who have received an overpayment notice should avail themselves of the Payroll Dispute Committee.

   Vacation Over-Award Notice

"The following is from the System Schedule Committee's Manpower Subcommittee:

The company has again notified several pilots that they were over-awarded vacation during the 2014 -2015 Annual Vacation award. If you were notified about an over-award and have questions about how they determined it, email the company at pilot.planning@united.com and ask for an accounting. If you copy in ualmanpowerscheduling@alpa.org, the SSC will be able to monitor and assist with the company’s answers."

OMG...I can't believe it...I actually agree with Claxon.
