We work around people every single day...the talk of the town is not the Association. I hear more people talking about when negotiations are going to start. They talk about the APFA and their arbitration. They speculate on what the APA will do with their contract. They talk about the waste of money from the lawsuit files against the TWU and Association. They talk about the Flex Vacation.....To remove the Association is not really even a topic.

They've wanted 80% in the past. Haven't heard anything lately, but of course it doesn't seem as if there is any conversation towards prepping for negotiations.

Doesn't matter what they WANT...As long as the CS policy is not contractual, they can make changes at will.
