all opposition candidates have always lost usairways to delaney. Usairways keeps him in office. At any rate, no, U4C didnt lose this election, there will be a rerun. Im hopeful that any opposition ticket in 2016 considers usairways candidates even though its foregone that usairways made its bed with delaney.

Tim  you said this TA blows...  What happens if say this TA is shot down?  As far as Im concerned this TA is actually a helluva lot better than what the company was offering  not to mention that this will take us right on into JCBA talks where the union is already gonna ask for more    This is just sect 6 PMUS and from the way I look at scope  when adding in AA metal into the count that will make it Almost to the point where they cant outsource  even in small cities such as JAX (though I don't know if AA operates mainline jets there)

its scope negative. Other unions can do our work, even if we have 25 flights a day.
why on earth would i want to give up our scope and health care?

Tim seeing you rant the last few days and reading so much of your history I have to ask a serious question. Have you ever gotten a psychological evaluation? I'm 100% not joking and not dissing on you. You come across like you have some serious issues that you might need to address. You say that you're a happy person but I don't see it at all. You come across as angry and bitter and maybe have no real friends in your life?

It takes a strong man to admit he might have a problem and try to get some help. There is counseling and medication that can do a world of good these days. And in all honesty I think if you at least tried there wouldn't be one person on here that would put you down if you said you were under therapy.

I'm sure that your EAP program would be a good start. And again this is NOT a joke.

thats not true. The voice of the members was so suppressed that the dol will rule it significant. I plan on being around for a long time. U guys should stop being anti union whores breaking labor laws. I did nothing wrong....you did.

Tim just shut up and do it. If you get everything you think you're going to get then you can ask for all of this crap you're asking for and even I'll come back and apologize and say you were right. Depending on the ruling though it may not come out even if you do get something that it wasn't as BOMB producing as you make it out to be?

Until charges are filed and a ruling made in your favor all you sound like right now to EVERYONE who is reading this forum is an idiot. And if you're completely shown to be wrong you will have lost ANY credibility you might ever hope to achieve because of these insane rants.

My core has rest, peace, and hope. But toleration isnt a virtue when members are being violated. I am also angry. Although anger is associated with negative, it is quite natural and we are morally obligated to be angry if there is reason. Injustice is one of those reasons. Anger can get out of control like any emotion if one allows it to have a place. I dont allow it to have a place where it shouldnt be, or at least i try not to. But my happiness overfloweth and my freedom allows my rightous anger to be used to fight against the law breakers. With goodness and mercy following me all the days of my lufe and royal blood, there is never a reason for me not to be happy.

Otoh, i am a bit more arrogant or eccentic than i should be. At any rate, i will win a rerun and fight once again so that the voices could be heard. Thats what this is all about. Kicking off candidates and sabotoging elections is worse than a nursery crime dont ya think?
