im not ignoring anything. The current health care has a premium that cant go up unchecked. The company is the one that wanted protection and refused to sign any ta without it. What we didnt know was that our negotiators would roll right over and give it to management for free.

This contract is awful and just extends bankrupt terms even after ten years. Just terrible.

and what about the pilots contract, and the flight attendents and everyone else who signed the same letter there timmy?
 
did they roll over there are you going to blame IAM for their union keeping their health care the same??? 
 
the current health care wouldnt have been there during THIS Contract had we not given the company an assurance if an excise tax was imposed, that we would negotiate we would never have gotten this ta we would still be in negotiations

NO PENSION INCREASES
NO INCREASED VACATIONS
NO LEAD PAY INCREASES
NO CHANGES TO SICK POLICY
NO IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COMP BANK
NO IMPROVEMENTS TO OVERTIME
 
all because timmy thinks we should bet all that to changes in the health care in 2018
 
thats why you lose all the time timmy noone wants a madman in charge that would have negotiated away our health care today... and held hostage all the improvements we have in this ta to guarantee an unchanged health care in 2018 due to an act by congress...

the only denial is from you. What you fail to understand or acknowledge is the polluted environment for a fair election. Nothing was fertile. The election was clearly sabotaged from the beginning. U4C still had incredible support through all the violations. They even had to toss a hundred of our votes out at the count, and count 79 illegal ballots when 3 of our candidates were still going to win. All u4c would have still won if the district tellers were fair.
After all the sabotage, they still had problems. I assume they thought that U4C would fall apart after they brutally violated robyn eulos lmrda rights to candidacy, but our unity prevailed and continues to prosper.

but the sabotage by yourside in CLT thats nothing no big deal nothing to see here move along people...  lol if you had any amount of dignity or respect for the process you would say that tracy needs to be investigated 
 
but you dont, so you wont.. end of story...

Sorry but we have to do a bit better than telling everyone "next time" except for step child bereavement, comp yime and shift trading, and a couple nickles in our pension.. after the health care blows up this will be more of a cost negative contract instead of cost neutral.

after a thorough review of the contract scope, the scope clause was a negative in totality. The 12 stations where the twu can do our work far outnumbers the 6 small stations plus coughing up iah and another..

If im jax i vote yes. If im part time i vote no. If im not topped out then i got screwed again. If im topped out and need the cash to pay bills then i understand. Otherwise this contract blows. Especially when the wages are given back to pay for the new health care plan. Painful indeed.
