Rick's antics drove fleet to come out in droves to vote against Tracy and Tim's slate.

Maybe she thought that the AM voting favored her team, and anticipated an advantage if ballots were exhausted prior to PM voting?
I forgot to add...

If the  strategy of having A shortage of ballots were to ever be questioned, would she just blame the "evil doers" at the DL for not sending enough ballots to begin with?!

Or she was just too lazy to count them. Either way this screwup still comes back to someone on Tim's team that had a job to perform and did not perform it.

Not if in the writing of her job functions she was required to count the ballots sent to her and report back if there was a shortage?

Ah ok. Then to be fair she would only be half guilty for not counting them to make sure there were enough. I have to take back my comment that this was pre planned then in fairness. They are going to try and capitalize on that error though. If CLT is the only one ordered in the end to re vote it still won't give Tim a prayer of leaping that canyon though.
CLT won't be ordered to "Revote".  The entire system will get a rerun.  This leadership team hasn't had a fair election without DOL supervision yet, btw.   Reruns are rare everywhere else.

The stubs are numbered, she knew exactly that she got 600 ballots, mailed out 100 for absentee and had 500 left for 900 members.

Her actions won't be what is being ruled on.  She followed the rules and direction of the District officers.  According to the bylaws, the S/T is charged with supplying a sufficient amount of ballots.  Next time get him a calculator.  Cripes!

Regardless, the CLT ballots were separated by the tellers.  That's called tampering.

Ah ok, right. Sure. A line from the greatest TV comedy ever.

"No soup for you" NEXT!

Hey Tim. You ever miss that cash, stash, greenbacks, scratch, MONEY you USED to make?

Must stink trying to claw your way back to that? Ouch.

im fairly blessed as far as financial status. Thats one reason why i was free to depart from delaneys group at the time.
The actual job that i had was rewarding only with organizing victories. Otherwise being stuck in hotels for 250 nights wasnt worth time away from home.

Actually, Tim may have cast some light on this. Since she (RS) was short of ballots, and “IF” she knew CLT was a strong vote for the incumbency, why attempt to get more? Having more, would have meant MORE valid votes AGAINST her team, thus reducing her chances to win overall system wide!

Further, the fault could be placed on the “evil doers” at the District for not sending enough ballots!

Another thing to ponder is that the dol ruled that robyn eulo was a bona fide candidate in 2012 even though she was charged and voted on by local 1487. Neither the district or intl objected. She did nothing wrong since that dol decision. Yet the union pucked her. I got this rerun fellas and the union just buried itself deeper as im going to pound the hell out of these guys and knock out all 37 instead of 20. In america we call this "two for one".

Tim Tim Tim C'mon. You know who you're talking to here. You just said earlier in the thread that you had 15 years left to go? My guess is that puts your retirement at near 70 years old. lol, that sounds like far from financially blessed to me?

I mean God when the dude FIRED you that was over a 50% pay cut. Holy Moly. If you got accustomed to those bucks you must be in debt up to your eyeballs right now?

C'mon you can tell Papa WeAAsles.

The only question is if the dol rules for a quick rerun or tags it all for 2016.
I am going to pound these idiots into the ground of the hole they keep digging for themselves. Mercilously pound them so they have a full and complete understanding of who not to F with.
