WN Mechanics seek mediation

I think you are getting a little confused here. Seham & co are our legal counsel. He's not negotiating our contract. That would be our negotiating committee, which only has one lawyer present on it.
Interesting tidbit of info. What firm is the lawyer at the table with??? He is not advising the committee??? I know the answer!!! Don't try to spin. Explain to the membership. That is swamt job. He has a hate fixation on any other union but Amfa. Must of found his better half with a UPS driver after getting a ride home from a TWU/IAM member. Got to realize Amfa been in charge for over 14 years at SWA with a slightly modded Teamster contract and the promises are not coming to fruition. Playing in a whole new world and following Seham group of business strategy. Can spin the truth but the members are not stupid. Sooner or later the hard questions need to be answered. It's easy to talk big and bad on a forum but action speaks louder than words. Still has not addressed the Federal lawsuits filed from Amfa and what was game plan from legal advice team. Did they not think SWA would not file their suit. All tied up now and some crow or "Big White Elephant" gonna be on dinner plate soon. I continue to wish well on the hardworking techs of SWA but not the Pom Pom cheerleader squad.

Hey Samsonite Sally, weren't you the putz giving Parker a reach-a-round for the recent purchase of your girly pink V6 mustang recently? Watch who calls who a suk azz Davey, you might look like a base moron .

"Actually I drink Frappachinos on my way into work in this beauty thanks to my friends in the TWU to be quite honest. And of course credit to Parker and Company as well."

And to think I once had sympathy for you when you told me in a behind the scenes conversation that all your anger issues stemmed from the time the first girl asked you to show it to her and she laughed hysterically.

BTW how long have you worked at SSM&P again? I forgot.

Surprise! A Seham disciple at the table.

Oh no Hackboy is back in the house. Address the issues. Board is full of personal attacks but no one addresses the issues. I see why the labor movement is in shambles. Solidarity gave way to a bunch of Internet lawyers advised by quacks. Sad. Truely sad. And we want to be treated as professionals.

That was your best post yet! Here's the beef with the company's position. This could turn into a huge bumping scenario. I don't just mean a station realignment. I mean chasing jobs throughout the country. We are a very small group compared to the amount of aircraft. Station headcount should stay the same at all stations. Reduction in headcount should be made through attrition. You have many in the mid to late 50's that are gonna pack it in, in the next few years. The company knows you could thin the herd with bumping. All you'll get is a bunch of pissed off mechanics.

All the more reason to hold on to our present work scope or at least as much as possible. The mechanics at SWA don't know what it's like to be bumped from their bid location or station........yet.

Billing every hour to the top! Where is his advice coming from. Can not believe Amfa has not brought the "big gun" Seham in to seal the deal. Outgunned and ashamed to show his face. Conjuring up another lawsuit. That will scare em!!!!

Hope my English clarification is sufficient for hack boy and his minions. These Amfa Pom Pom cheerleaders are easy to dialouge with facts. Living in a fantasy internet world!!! They need to become honest and do their job for the membership. Oops. That would take being honest and living up to reality!!!!

You can only hold your breath for so long and click your heels and wish you were in Kansas! Keep your Seham advice and philosophy going forward. Tell me next year how it worked out. I am a patient guy for the truth. Not going away.

Well, let's see. You aren't represented by AMFA. You don't work for swa and you have a fixation for Lee Seham. You keep asking the same questions which have been answered numerous times. My advice to you is don't hold your breath waiting for more answers.

Ok. Hard questions can't be answered. At least you are truthful. Have skin in the game with good friends there and with the consolidation of the industry that I am in- all negotiation RLA outcomes affect us all. Just can't believe the Seham group is still being followed with their continual failures. Obsessed. No. Perplexed. Yes. Good luck to the hardworking SWA techs for a favorable outcome. They are going to need luck on their progression following their current plan.

Until the patient runs out and a t/ a gets passed and then the complaints start! Do you honestly think they will keep the union we have or then want another one because they start fighting over what happened to us ?

Put your big boots on. Lawsuits are not going to be litigated until early 2018. Be patient. Negotiations can continue after that. That's the plan. Everything's alright. You are going to get full retro so everything is alright. Listen to the cheerleaders. Seham told them everything's alright. Be careful. You will be labeled a company schill soon. That hurts!!!!!!!!!
