I look at it this way, as far as the F/A and pilots they held a lot of power as far as affecting the operation. Someone tried just not to work overtime the guy came back to Dallas, but he was still out of work, for all that time. With this time frame 160 days to ratification it is obvious there is no quick solution. At the minimum we need to get all new ALRs. I could say in their defense, we have not had a ratification vote in 10 years. I just don't think people want to go 7 years, or more to get a contract. Everyone has to decide for themselves.If we want to talk about history then it needs to be pointed out that both those groups voted down the first TAs they got, and both groups received better terms on the second.
