Amen Weezz couldn't,said it better myself, he's about as dumb as a rock.
No Retard you follow the contract and grieve it, and follow the procedures. If they get it great, but when your company can bury you with your own language, you don't make your lawyer rich by filing a lawsuit you can't win. So tell me if you were there for as long as you claim, how did you escape the layoffs, when September 11 th, happen, you were there for only maybe 14 years? What about before that? Being the history that American Airlines has had ?
Nut Driver, you and your pet ramper (who is hiding in the woods barking) are both experts, which is comedy at its finest. You, who is supposedly out at some remote line station and apparently have little union contact (my ALR is a no show etc) and Dippy Dave who is a TWu chunker and not involved at all, except in his vacant mind. Knowing these facts, you two are adamant AMFA failed to follow the contract, has no language, doesn't have a grievance on file, lawsuit has no merit, and the same lawyer fee bashing. I guess we will see who wins, desperately clueless uninformed idiots, or the union with a professional labor attorney.
I'll take the latter.
Then like a ignorant moron, you go off in the weeds about how I somehow avoided layoffs after 9/11, when you don't know me at all. I guess you are really stupid, or are fishing for something like you did previously.
I guess you and Dippy Dave can sit and spin. Lotsa luck.
Hey you can file a lawsuit anytime, but obviously AMFA didn't follow grievance procedures which SWA sighted in the company email. I was right about the Arbitrator lawsuit , and I am right about this.A lawyer who doesn't care will take your money in a heart beat. Plus I have friends of mine that are good attorneys that say in labor and business law if contract language does not specifically protect you, when you have never done that work before; the company can do what they want. They basically said that Federal judge will wipe his or her but with your lawsuit, and tell you to have a nice day. On your service at American , sounds like a miracle to make it, almost 30 years. Because I know people that got hired in the Airline industry in say 1988, when the gulf war came in 1991, that was a huge layoff time, and with all the Eastern guys on the street A&Ps were a dime a dozen. I got laid off from Midway in 1991, luckily I got with SWA 18 months later. So good luck with your attacks.
