The Alr is a process, and if he is a committee member it is harder to get rid of, the only way I would take the Teamsters back is if we ran the local, just like AMFA, I never understood how an ALR has more power than the president of the local, which just makes the president of a local a figurehead, As far as representation change just let it get into next year or beyond, and you call me a snowflake , what a joke.

AMFA has some weird rules if you are a negotiating committee member it might take 50 % and two locals to do it, I need to do some more research , if that is the,case, that probably explains his arrogance , because might be impossible to remove him, because the votes needed to do it.
