Reminds you of when Nobama "Buffaloed Through Legislation" and crammed Nobama-Care down out throats !
How did Obama put it?

Unless something has changed recently, the President is the "Executive Branch", not the Legislative Branch. How did Obama put it?

Wrong, that would be Executive, Legislative and Judicial.
And what is wrong with people having the right to be in a union and have collective bargaining rights?
You do know people died for us to have the right to be in a union.
Maybe you need to read the Constitution.
Its in the Railway Labor Act and the National Labor Relations Act.
No one is holding anyone hostage, it takes two sides to negotiate and agree to the terms in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
And it doesnt have to be in the Constitution to afford protections to the people.
Guess you dont realize how Government works.
Really? Are you sure?I know how it works and I also know how your union mentality works. More pay, less work, more benefits, less accountability...it's been played out a million times. Government unions hold the taxpayers hostage by plowing money into campaigns and get sweet heart deals in exchange. Newsflash...government is broke and can't afford the inflated wage and benefits for public employees. What's your solution?
So now explain to me how it's protected if the state of WI removes collective bargaining from public employees...
Really? Are you sure?
Seems to me I took concessions in 1992 at US to save the company, did the same in 2002, twice and once again in 2005.
So did all the unions at US, UA, AA, NW, so explain to me how that is more pay and less work when it was the exact opposite.
And it is against the law for unions to take dues money and give it to a candidate or a party.
That is what PACs are for, unlike Corporations who can give money.
Dont let the facts get in your way.
