Look at the quality of our management level now, from the stations up the ladder to the directors and VP's. It's pretty much the bottom of the barrel. I dont think the company could find anyone to fill those spots. We've got managers in the stations that have no people skills what so ever. They are all pretty much "Yes" men who answer to those ahead of them, in hopes they'll get that slot someday. Company needs to pay em bonus just to keep them from deserting a sinking ship.
