There was a time about 35 years ago that his replies made face to face would have led to something other than a snarky retort. That's a good one! The funny part is what I see from your agents, rampers, etc. Because I do interact with them. Doesn't matter what scum job I do...including keeping the runways clear in a blizzard ...I have my profession, but don't put out my job issues on the internet so that everyone knows what's going on...ha-ha.

In the years I have been following your US-hole universe, I've seen disgruntled pilots...lucky I don't fly either ...bitter agents, and weirdly outsourced rampers. There was a Company in my industry that went around like they were Jesus on a Popsicle stick. Cocky, Arrogant and obnoxious they were to a person. Then they made a big acquisition that eventually sent them into Bankruptcy. Their Stock bottomed at 38 cents a share. Me and 3 of my colleagues saw a bunch of the local managers and reps at lunch one day post BK and one of my guys says, "Hey Bob let's pool all our credit on our Gold cards and buy xxxxx!". The rise to the top is always fun but it's best to remember that the toes you step on today might belong to the ass you have to kiss tomorrow. The hostility between our companies was so bad that I sold a machine that normally had about $2000 in commission for $64.00 in commission rather then have them get the deal. My boss threw me $500 afterwards. Turned out he hated them too.

I don't know what his deal is but it often doesn't take a whole lot to piss a person off forever.
