Us Airways At It Again

Dave is making these cuts AGAIN, because he doesn't know how to operate an airline. All he knows how to do along with his team is, threaten, blackmail, scheme to get the costs he needs to turn a profit and maximize his shares. This management will steam roll over labor and contracts to that end.

Its been said a desperate man takes desperate measures what Dave is doing is by "attempting" to violate our contracts the way he has been only shows his desperation.

I dont know if you have ever worked for a company that's filed for CH 7 before but I have, the only difference was the company I worked for had nothing to do with the airline industry. Even back then when management saw they were losing money hand over fist the first thing they did was "try" to violate our contract in the same manner that Dave's currently doing.

Ive been down this road before but this time Im prepared. Ive got money in the bank, debts are all but paid off and Ive got another job lined up just in case U pulls the plug.

I strongly suggest that the employees of U get their house in order and prepare for the worst cuz things arent going to get any better.

I agree but the sad truth is; It's been this way almost from the day I started, barring a couple years. Working in this business and particular this airline if one doesn’t have their financial house in order they are either clueless or very reckless.
