Sure I do...It was a right wing gun nut aiming at federal officers during the Cliven Bundy "standoff".  Seems like he could cause a lot more trouble than blocking traffic.   The context of this is that somebody had an issue with somebody else and aimed a gun at them.  It's no different that someone having a problem with someone else and blocking a road.
