I've heard some rumblings that PHL, CLT, and PIT had a somewhat organized thing to sue 141 for arbitrarily taking your profit sharing amounts and giving some of them to employees outside the scope of your contract. Also, I heard any such suit would also include the giving up of the arbitration case [something most expect to happen].

To be sure, there would be plenty of monetary damages but any such suit should be organized. I doubt CLT, PHL, PIT are as organized as I have heard regarding this but I personally hope I'm wrong.

My two cents...if there is any credance to a suit and if it is organized, let me suggest that you supoena [sp?] the agreement between the IAM and TWU. IMO, whatever that agreement was, it was bad news for US East employees and IMO the foundation as to some of the IAM's recent 'shady' decisions and near future ones.

regards,
