This Company DOES NOT APPRECIATE THEiR EMPLOYEES>

Why doesn''t anyone mention the person who''s repsonsible for Customer No Service staffing???? He''s the 2nd highest paid executive in the company. $ 500k plus another 125k in bonuses. Our agents are holding this company together but in reality our service is a joke. 1 agent to handle 4 coach positions, 1 agent to handle 6 kiosk machines, and 1 agent to attend to First Class. As long as we hustle, those clowns will get their money. It all starts with Al Crellin, Executive Vice President Customer No Service.

Afterall this US1 pays for his tickets to help keep US alive but I don''t think Dave''s family had to put out a cent for theirs.
