The wife and i love the "The New Normal". Sole with a few of ny gay friends and they say they are not offended by it. Seems to be like The Cosby Show in that it was the first show centered around a family and swing it as another normal facet of human life.

There is another show called "Sister Wives" that deals with polyigamists. The family its self seems very nice. No idea how representative they are of the whole as they are very secretive due to the fear and loathing of the general public.
