I can agree MWW....but I hope all will try and be subjective with the IAM....rumor/slander/misrepresentations do no one any long term good.See what there is to work with and formulate your own opinion...but do get involved,because without your involvement.....how can any union have a chance?

First Impression with the IAM meeting in PHX: Well organized and answered all questions, maybe or maybe not to the satisfaction of everyone. No promises made. IAM Had a hard time understanding the dynamics of how fractured (seniority for one) the WEST is, in relation to their structure. Good start. Now the proof will be in the pudding. Everyone HAS to be involved. To often the masses depend upon the few; then spend the rest of their days complaining that no one ever paid attention to them. :down: SNOOZE YOU LOSE!
