once you file you cannot file again if you are short and AMFA knows that we are not short we have more than is required by the NMB, It does not matter if there is 60% or not even if they filed with less cause they chose to forgo the 60% guideline
it is still enough for the NMB there will be an Election bet on it.

The answer to your question is that we have more than 50%+1 and they are still coming in. We did get to watch the twu anti-AMFA tape at WORK today. What a joke. We all got a good laugh.
Looks like AMFA national will be coming back to Tulsa for an info meeting. Is the twu going to run and hide again?? How many chances do you need cio. If the twu is as all mighty as you think, why not show?? I think about 9200 members know why.

Actually 60% is closer to 9550 or so. Looking at the cards still coming in, it will be at or above that number.
