TA reached for TWU dispatchers and Ops specialists at AA

I see 3% above the top and increases on your license premiums just like Worldport said?
Top scale license premiums for top of scale was higher then the rest of the scale for LAA. LUS did not have license premiums. Now every dispatcher makes the same amount. The amount did not change. Its 370 a month for everyone. That's what it has been for LAA dispatchers.

And yes, 3 percent above DL

Sorry Bogey. I meant for the Mechanics.

WeAAsles, any raise we have ever received was always on base pay. License premiums were always a flat rate. I would imagine that we will want a license premium increase in negotiations, but I am sure it would be countered with whatever DL mechanics get.

Yeah Conehead you are going to get a 5 dollar an hour longevity premium. I kid with you a lot but you really have to be realistic. I'm surprised that the dispatchers got it. If you are expecting that you are going to be disappointed really disappointed

Weaasles if you are going to debate the  twoConeheads please do me a favor and tie one hand behind your back. Reading your debates is like watching  UConn girls basketball its no fun if there is no competition

Of course you can have a little longevity if that's your ambition. But what you can not have is those Owners box season tickets to the Mavs hanging with Cuban. There's no room for you.

You can also have my old Ham Radio if you want. It shorted out years ago and I never did get it fixed. I'm sure if you tinker with it at least you might get a little static out of it?

Should I try to dumb it down a little? I can give it a shot.
