The Orlando shooter was not on any list. He was interviewed multiple times by the authorities but they never pursued anything further. He was not on a "terrorist watch list".700UW said:

Are those 'other news sources' reporting that to get on any of the 'watch lists' is done solely on someones judgement and not Constitutional due process?
