Shareholders Meeting

Evelyn's life is about disrupting shareholder meetings. It's not just airlines.

Meetings produce some good theater, but are for the most part an outdated function. Once large scale institutional ownership of companies came about, the voice of the small shareholder stopped mattering.
and subsequently those corporations that got too bid for the little guy went bankrupt. Had they only listened to everyone.....

When I'm Seymour's age, I hope to God that I'm sitting by a cool stream with fishing pole in my hand and not in some crappy shareholder's meeting in hotter than hell Arizona yelling like a crazy bastard.

Ah yes! There is much more to life than a stock portfolio. I've auger'd in twice with U stock and loyal me will buy on Monday morning.

This whole nasty situation is due to one .....actually two men:http://www.usaviation.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif
http://www.usaviation.com/forums/style_emo...fault/ph34r.gif Jimmy Carter and Alfred E. Kahn <-----the self proclaimed "Father of Deregulation" which he lovingly refers to as "My baby".

Al you silly monkey! I don't see you running around much these days bragging about your bahstad baby. Come out come out wherever you are and tell us all what a success you bore. You deregulated the CAB out of existence.

Happy now Al?? How about a nice YouTube presentation so we can all understand why you think this current situation in the airline industry is swell.
